Do you offer SHIPPING to suburbs not listed

We pride ourselves on providing the best quality pots and planters, therefore unfortunately we do not ship any of our items via Australia Post or any other courier company . All of our orders are personally hand delivered by our team.

Do you have a physical store to view your items?

As we are an online business only, all of our products can be viewed on our website.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes you can – we offer contactless pickup from Diggers Rest by appointment only. We will contact you within 7 working days to make arrangements.

Do you offer refunds/returns?

Unfortunately we do not accept change of mind returns or refunds, or if your plant dies or differs slightly to the online image. If your item is faulty, please contact us within 5 days with photo and description of the fault. 

Due to the nature of live plants, we are unable to refund returned plants as they may not be returned in a condition fit for resale.
